Returns Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we'll do our best to make it right. Please note that personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned but can be exchanged. If you have any questions about our return and exchange policy, don't hesitate to contact us.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
At Nucla Studio, we offer free shipping for all US orders. We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you have any questions about our shipping policy, don't hesitate to contact us.
One business day processing time. Most orders received by 2pm Mountain Time, Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders received on Sunday or late Saturday will ship on Monday.
US orders: Ship free and arrive within 2-5 business day. Tracking number included on every order over $9.99
